Our story
She refused to stay in one place.
Her Matcha started with a mild obsession and a bold refusal: the best matcha shouldn't be trapped in one café across town. So we packed her up and hit the road — building tiny, gorgeous matcha bars inside the local spots we're already a little in love with.
- Non-dairy first
- Built around oat, coconut, and almond — plant milk isn't the afterthought, it's the whole point. Dairy's there if you really want it, but you won't miss it.
- Flavors that hit different
- Strawberry, red bean, cereal milk, earl grey — nostalgic flavors done properly, layered over real ceremonial-grade matcha. Familiar, but make it fancy.
- It just tastes good
- No dusty, bitter, swampy hotel-lobby green here. Vivid matcha, a lighter hand with the sweet stuff, whisked fresh to order every single time.
