Her MatchaSteal us for a day
A roving matcha pop-up

She's green,
she's good,
she travels.

Her Matcha is a pop-up with opinions — vivid, clean, plant-milk forward matcha whisked fresh at the neighborhood spots we already love. Your block, your milk, your new favorite ritual.

Our story

She refused to stay in one place.

Her Matcha started with a mild obsession and a bold refusal: the best matcha shouldn't be trapped in one café across town. So we packed her up and hit the road — building tiny, gorgeous matcha bars inside the local spots we're already a little in love with.

Non-dairy first
Built around oat, coconut, and almond — plant milk isn't the afterthought, it's the whole point. Dairy's there if you really want it, but you won't miss it.
Flavors that hit different
Strawberry, red bean, cereal milk, earl grey — nostalgic flavors done properly, layered over real ceremonial-grade matcha. Familiar, but make it fancy.
It just tastes good
No dusty, bitter, swampy hotel-lobby green here. Vivid matcha, a lighter hand with the sweet stuff, whisked fresh to order every single time.

Why matcha

Pretty, yes. Also kind of good for you.

We're not here to health-lecture you — but since you asked, the green does a lot more than look good in the glass.

1 cupof coffee's caffeine
The same lift as your morning coffee — minus the 11am crash and the jitters.
EGCGantioxidants, standard
Rich in EGCG antioxidants from whole stone-ground leaf — the good stuff your coffee just doesn't have.
Calmbut make it alert
L-theanine plus caffeine is the rare combo that focuses you without the wired feeling.

Not medical advice, just matcha enthusiasm. Individual results (and caffeine tolerances) vary.

Where to find us

You never quite know where she'll turn up.

She sets up inside boutiques, studios, and shops around town — turning a slow Tuesday into a reason to leave the house. Some spots she loves enough to come back to; here's where she's been lately.

  • Sunset Flower StudioSaturday market
  • Marlowe VintageWeekend residency
